Our freight carriers deliver the furniture to your curb. It is the your responsibility to have help on hand to carry in and set up. Please let us know if you would like a quote for in-home white glove and we will gladly provide this.

Please take into consideration any other obstacles that will preclude trucks from getting to your home (e.g., low utility wires, low trees, steep driveway, etc.) and let us know about these possible obstacles at the time of ordering.

Additional charges will apply if the truck shows up and the delivery cannot be made because the truck cannot gain access.

PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within 30 days. At the time of scheduling, please notify Reclaimed Rustic Woodworks of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.
